HW edge flush trim and chamfer tool bodies for BAZ, Homag are intended for Homag machining centres. They are used for flush trimming and chamfering edges in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: straight cut without shear cut, cutting material: HW HL Board 05 and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. This range covers 8 versions: outside diameter of 60 mm, bore of 19 mm, cutting width from 12 to 13.5 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Notes on use: delivery includes 3 replacement inserts and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
