HW edge rounding tool bodies LEUCO, Profiling cutters are aimed at Homag (Brandt), Altendorf (EBM/Hebrock) and HOLZ-HER 1942M edge banding machines. The tool is used for rounding and flush trimming edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: straight cut without shear cut, cutting material: HW HL Board 05 and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. The range comes in 12 versions: outside diameter of 56 mm, bore of 16 mm, cutting width from 12 to 16 mm and number of teeth from 3 to 4. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: identical tool body for R 2 - 3 mm and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
