HW grooving saw blades “G5” LEUCO are aimed at the Weeke BHX series and CNC machining centres and units. The tool is used for chip-free grooves in solid wood, coated panels and synthetic materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: tooth form: G5 and cutting material: HW HL Board 03, HL Board 05. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality, very quiet, and very good tool life thanks to the high wear resistance of the teeth. The range comes in 12 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 125 mm, bore from 20 to 35 mm, cutting width from 4 to 8.5 mm and number of teeth from 30 to 35. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
