HW Multi reversible inserts for scrapers LEUCO, Homag (Brandt) are designed for use on Homag (Brandt) edge banding machines with the MZ40 profile scraper unit. Their field of application covers use in scraper holders and the subsequent machining of standard edge bands such as PP / PVC / ABS. Stated design features: 2 different radius combinations in a single scraper, cutting material: HW and HL Board 06 for wood-based materials, plastics and hardwoods. The series comprises 8 versions: bore of 4 mm. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: insertion from above for right-hand rotation and insertion from below for left-hand rotation.
