HW multi-rip saw blades with cooling elements “F” LEUCO are designed for use on moulders and single- and twin-shaft multi-rip saws (e.g. Raimann, Paul, Costa and so on). Their field of application covers ripping cuts in dry, squared hardwoods. Stated design features: tooth form: flat “F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 10. Claimed strengths: cutting geometry and carbide grade optimised to improve quality and tool life. The series comprises 6 versions: outside diameter from 250 to 500 mm, bore from 30 to 80 mm, cutting width from 3.4 to 4 mm and number of teeth from 24 to 40.
