HW profiling blank inserts for PolyProfiler / EcoPro, B=60 mm are part of the LEUCO tool programme for machining wood and panels. Applications intended by the manufacturer: use in LEUCO PolyProfiler and EcoPro tool bodies. Design details given by the manufacturer: two seating points and one stop point for very precise positioning, cutting material: HW and HL Board 06 for wood-based materials, plastics and hardwoods. Benefits claimed in use: very precise positioning of the blank inserts during profiling, as well as when fitting the inserts on the tool body. The article group brings together 3 versions: bore of 5 mm. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: can be profiled to the customer’s wishes.
