HW saw blades for edge banding machine for the, design 4 are intended for automated lines for edge finishing. They are used for cutting and trimming edgings in veneer, laminate or solid wood edge bands. What the LEUCO design provides: positive rake angle, with or without axial angle, countersunk pin holes and tooth form: alternate top bevel “WS”. This range covers 1 version: outside diameter of 350 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width of 3.6 mm and 16 teeth. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Notes on use: ref. 189259 TE=2/10/60 without chamfer and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
