Description

HW saw blades for edge banding machines for edge profiling are intended for edge banding machines and automated lines for edge profiling. They are used for cutting and trimming thin edges in veneer, laminate or solid wood edge bands. What the LEUCO design provides: special NoNoise chip clearance geometry, positive or negative rake angle, with and without axial angle, and countersunk pin holes. What the manufacturer highlights: very quiet and a noise reduction of approx. 6 dB(A) when idling. This range covers 10 versions: outside diameter from 110 to 150 mm, bore from 30 to 40 mm, cutting width from 3.2 to 3.8 mm and number of teeth from 20 to 24.
