Description

HW saw blades for edge banding machines for, Saw blades are aimed at edge banding machines and automated lines for edge finishing. The tool is used for cutting and trimming flush thin veneer or laminate edges or solid wood edge bands. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: special NoNoise chip clearance geometry, positive or negative rake angle, with and without axial angle, and tooth form: single-sided bevel “ES (right + left)”. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: very quiet, with a noise reduction of about 6 dB(A) when idling. The range comes in 24 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 170 mm, bore from 22 to 40 mm, cutting width from 2.4 to 3.6 mm and number of teeth from 18 to 48.
