Description

HW saw blades for multi-rip breakdown saws with HW scrapers “F” are aimed at pre-cutting machines with or without a hogger. The tool is used for ripping in wet and dry timber. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: tooth form: flat “F”, cutting material: HW HL Board 20 and double keyways type A and C combined on a single blade. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: very high bending strength and tooth hardness, no build-up on the blade body thanks to the carbide stabilisers, and the staggered A-B-A arrangement of the keys reduces cutting forces. The range comes in 2 versions: outside diameter of 595 mm, bore of 105 mm, cutting width of 5.2 mm and 20 teeth. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
