HW scoring saw blades “F” LEUCO, mounted with flange 006480 are aimed at double-end tenoners with a scoring device, fitted with hoggers. The tool is used for the chip-free scoring of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: tooth form: flat “F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. The range comes in 6 versions: outside diameter of 180 mm, bore of 65 mm, cutting width of 3.2 mm and number of teeth from 36 to 54. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
