HW scoring saw blades “KO-F” LEUCO are designed for use on panel saws with a scoring device. Their field of application covers the scoring of laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Stated design features: tooth form: conical-flat “KO-F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 04 plus. Claimed strengths: quick setting, universal application, excellent cut quality through improved flatness, and reduced scoring depth. The series comprises 4 versions: outside diameter from 180 to 220 mm, bore from 20 to 50 mm, cutting width from 3.25 to 6.7 mm and number of teeth from 30 to 60. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
