HW segmented hoggers for the s-System LEUCO Ø 192 mm

Description

HW segmented hoggers for the s-System LEUCO Ø 192 mm are intended for double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. They are used for the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: saw blade tooth form: flat “F” and rotation: for B = 18 mm max. speed = 7,200 rpm / for B = 36 mm max. speed = 6,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: excellent cut quality through high flatness and concentricity precision, and reduced setting time thanks to long tool life. This range covers 6 versions: outside diameter of 250 mm, bore of 80 mm, cutting width from 18 to 36 mm and number of teeth from 48 to 72. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Notes on use: use with the feed for ripping, and suited to scoring/hogging (RZ) and to double hogging (DZ).
