HW sizing saw blades for segmented hoggers

Description

HW sizing saw blades for segmented hoggers equip double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the ripping and sizing of coated and uncoated wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: tooth form: flat “F” and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. The article group brings together 12 versions: outside diameter from 200 to 250 mm, bore from 80 to 100 mm, cutting width of 4 mm and number of teeth from 40 to 72. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: the 100 mm bore is intended for the s-System hogger, and direction of rotation: see drawing.
