HW solid carbide boring bits LEUCO equip automatic drilling machines and CNC machining centres. Applications intended by the manufacturer: drilling blind holes in wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: cylindrical shank Ø 10 mm with flat and adjusting screw, and solid carbide design. Benefits claimed in use: high re-sharpening capacity and long tool life. The article group brings together 11 versions: drilling diameter from 2 to 5 mm, shank from 2 to 10 mm and overall length from 38 to 70 mm. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: right-hand and left-hand rotation, and clamping: Kombi system chuck, quick-change chuck.
