HW spiral tool bodies LEUCO, Aluminium are aimed at moulders and stationary machining centres. The tool is used for jointing or for the rough or finish planing of solid wood. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with 4-edge reversible inserts, reduced cutting force through the helical arrangement of the inserts, and an aluminium tool body. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: ease of machining, minimum cutting force and a reduced noise level. The range comes in 15 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 140 mm, bore of 40 mm, cutting width from 80 to 240 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 3. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
