Description

HW SuperProfiler tool body (internal profiling) LEUCO, MEC is intended for double-end tenoners, moulders, copy-trimming units and IMA longitudinal trimming units. The tool is used for profiling solid wood and wood-based panels. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: a cut with no bevel, cutting material: HW HL Board 06 for hardwoods and wood-based panels, and cutting material: HW HL Solid 60 for softwoods. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: a tool body for mounting various interchangeable profile inserts. The range comes in 18 versions: outside diameter from 125 to 180 mm, bore from 30 to 50 mm, cutting width from 40 to 80 mm and from 2 to 3 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To bear in mind before ordering: inserts profiled to the customer’s wishes, and delivery: tool body with clamping wedges, without inserts, backing knives or limiters.
