Description
HW thin sizing saw blades “G5” LEUCO are designed for use on end-trim saw blades. Their field of application covers chip-free end cuts and mitre cuts in wood-based materials, solid wood and plastics. Stated design features: tooth form: G5 and cutting material: HW HL Board 06. Claimed strengths: excellent cut quality across the grain and fine, high-quality cuts thanks to a particular tooth geometry. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter from 216 to 260 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width of 2.5 mm and number of teeth from 60 to 80. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: observe the maximum rotation speed (nmax)!!! and NL**- Combi3 = 2/10/60 + 2/9/46 + 2/9.5/46.5 + 2/7/42.
