HW through-hole bits LEUCO, without margin equips stationary drills, automatic drilling machines and CNC machining centres. Uses foreseen by the manufacturer: drilling through holes in solid wood and wood-based panels. Execution details noted by the manufacturer: 2 roof-form cutting edges at 60°, Ø 3 mm at 120°, brazed HW, Ø 3 mm with a VHW helix, and a cylindrical shank with a flat. The range comes in 46 versions: drilling diameter from 3 to 12 mm, shank of 10 mm, overall length from 57,5 to 77 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: adjusting screw Ident-No. 001600 M5x10 DIN 551 for accurate length setting included in the delivery, adjusting screw Ident-No. 186017 M5x11.5 for the Weeke quick-clamping drill chuck is to be ordered separately, and mounting: Kombi system chuck, quick-change chuck.
