Description

HW two-piece edge rounding cutters LEUCO, IMA (BIMA) are intended for IMA BIMA type edge banding machines with the edge banding unit / flush trim unit 6135. They are used for rounding and flush trimming edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: two-piece version, with axial angle and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. This range covers 6 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 6 to 9 mm and 6 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Notes on use: direction of rotation: see drawing.
