Hydro clamping chucks PS 2000-E LEUCO, tool changer are designed for use on CNC machining centres with an automatic tool changer. Their field of application covers the high-precision clamping of tools with cylindrical shanks. Stated design features: max. speed = 25,000 rpm, BT 30 taper and BT 35 taper with pull stud to the MAS 403 standard (with pull stud), SK 30 taper to DIN ISO 7388 (without pull stud; to be ordered separately) and SK 30 and SK 40 tapers to DIN ISO (with pull stud). Claimed strengths: improved machine uptime thanks to simple, fast tool changing, and excellent cut quality and tool life thanks to high concentricity precision.
