LEUCODIA Profiler wood cutter, large profile depth equips CNC machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: profiling raw and coated wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: sharpening zone 2.0 mm and with axial angle. Benefits claimed in use: no tooth overlap marks thanks to the use of one-piece diamond tips, excellent cut quality in MDF thanks to the polished tooth faces, and optimal edge quality thanks to the axial angle. The article group brings together 8 versions: shank from 16 to 25 mm, overall length from 90 to 120 mm and 1 tooth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: special versions, at extra cost: version with opposed axial angle (Z = 1+1), Z = 2 version, different shank lengths, topline, that is a fine grinding of the cutting edges.
