Description

LEUCODIA Profiler wood cutter is intended for CNC machines. The tool is used for profiling raw and coated wood-based panels. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: a 2.0 mm sharpening zone and an axial angle. What the manufacturer highlights: no tooth overlap marks thanks to one-piece diamond tips, excellent cut quality in MDF from the polished tooth faces, and optimal edge quality from the axial angle. The range comes in 16 versions: shank from 12 to 25 mm, overall length from 70 to 95 mm and 1 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To bear in mind before ordering: special versions, at extra cost: a version with an opposed axial angle (Z = 1+1), a Z = 2 version, different shank lengths, and topline, that is fine sharpening of the cutting edges.
