Multi-rip saw blade HW with HW scrapers LEUCO, solid “F” is aimed at multi-rip saws with a low feed rate and at single- and twin-shaft multi-rip saws. The tool is used for ripping cuts in wet and dry solid wood. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: tooth form: flat tooth “F”, cutting material: HW HL Board 20, and with internal and external HW stabilisers. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: no build-up on the blade body thanks to the carbide stabilisers, chip flow optimised by a particular design, and a particularly stable version. The range comes in 9 versions: outside diameter from 300 to 650 mm, bore of 50 mm, cutting width from 3.4 to 6 mm and number of teeth from 20 to 24. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
