p-System shank cutter, trimming shank cutter DP LEUCO equips stationary CNC machines and delivers finished quality when shear cutting fibrous materials such as laminated, textile- or linoleum-coated panels with jute fibres, cork and so on. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the sizing and cutting of coated panels (melamine-faced, paper-coated, HPL, veneered and lacquered). Design details given by the manufacturer: extreme shear cut. Benefits claimed in use: maximum cut quality and tool life, and ideally suited to laser edge banding. The article group brings together 2 versions: outside diameter of 14 mm, shank of 16 mm, overall length of 83 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: clamping: precision clamping such as ps-System, TRIBOS, with a thread for a pre-setting screw, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
