Shrink-fit chuck LEUCO, Clamping systems is designed for use on cross-cutting devices. Its field of application covers the high-precision clamping of tools with cylindrical shanks and with a Hundegger relieved shank. Stated design features: max. speed = 30,000 rpm, DIN 69893 HSK 63F, HSK 63E, HSK 80A, HSK 80E, HSK 80F and HSK 100A interfaces, and premium hardened steel. Claimed strengths: the perfect balancing and concentricity precision (< 0.003 mm), which are reproducible, make the process safe and bring long tool life and outstanding cut quality. The series comprises 79 versions: diameter from 33 to 90 mm and overall length from 100 to 255 mm. Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: right-hand and left-hand rotation, and clamping and releasing possible with every clamping device on the market.
