Description

Shrink-fit chuck LEUCO equips CNC machining centres with an automatic tool changer. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the high-precision clamping of tools with cylindrical shanks. Design details given by the manufacturer: max. speed = 30,000 rpm, DIN 69893 HSK 63F interface and premium hardened steel. Benefits claimed in use: the perfect balancing and concentricity precision (< 0.003 mm), which are reproducible, make the process safe and bring long tool life and outstanding cut quality. The article group brings together 17 versions: diameter from 20 to 36 mm and overall length from 100 to 185 mm. Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: right-hand and left-hand rotation, and clamping and releasing possible with every clamping device on the market.
