Description

SuperProfiler HW shank tool bodies LEUCO are aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for profiling solid wood and wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: straight cuts, cutting material: HW HL Board 06 for hardwoods and panels, and cutting material: HW HL Solid 60 for softwoods. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: a tool body for mounting a range of interchangeable profile inserts. The range comes in 5 versions: outside diameter from 82 to 86 mm, shank from 20 to 25 mm, overall length from 110 to 130 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: inserts can be profiled to the customer’s wishes, clamping: ps-System, TRIBOS, collet chuck, and delivery: tool body with clamping wedges, without insert or backing knives.
