Description

VHW finishing cutters LEUCO, ecoline are intended for CNC machines. They are used for finish milling in solid wood, plywood and uncoated wood-based materials and for trimming and milling circular cut-outs. What the LEUCO design provides: positive helix for milling perfectly clamped workpieces, reference face underneath, negative helix for milling small workpieces that are difficult to clamp, reference face on top, and max. speed = 30,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: high performance, optimal upward chip extraction thanks to the positive helix, optimal downward chip extraction thanks to the negative helix, and an economical version. This range covers 14 versions: outside diameter from 3 to 12 mm, shank from 3 to 12 mm, overall length from 60 to 90 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 3. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
