Description

VHW finishing cutters LEUCO, negative helix are aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for finish milling in solid wood and plastics and for trimming and milling circular cut-outs. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: negative helix for milling small workpieces that are difficult to clamp, reference face on top, and max. speed = 30,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: reduced cutting force and optimal downward chip extraction thanks to the negative helix. The range comes in 13 versions: outside diameter from 4 to 20 mm, shank from 4 to 20 mm, overall length from 60 to 135 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 3. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
