Description

VHW roughing and finishing cutters “NF” LEUCO are aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for sizing and grooving, particularly in softwoods and hardwoods, glued timber, Multiplex, plywood and many wood-based materials, and for trimming and milling circular cut-outs. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: NF serration, Z=3 for high cutting performance, positive helix for milling perfectly clamped workpieces with the reference face underneath, and negative helix for holding workpieces securely with the show face on top. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: machining to finishing quality, reduced effort thanks to the split cuts, and stable performance. The range comes in 12 versions: outside diameter from 12 to 20 mm, shank from 12 to 20 mm, overall length from 80 to 130 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW). To consider before ordering: clamping system: ps-System hydraulic expansion chucks, TRIBOS or shrink-fit chucks are recommended.
