Description

The Windorflex 1 is the SCM automatic cell dedicated to making joinery. Innovative, it has every solution needed to produce complete frames whatever their type, and works without the continuous presence of an operator thanks to modular loading/unloading solutions: a loading-unloading bench or an anthropomorphic robot. The automatic worktable, single or double, with clamping grippers that always stay engaged, machines one to four pieces in sequence. Its configurable working units, with 4- and 5-axis electrospindles, perform every operation. It machines pieces up to 6000 mm long, from 40 to 260 mm wide and from 35 to 160 mm thick, with axes at 100-80-50 m/min, a 20 kW electrospindle and a 48-position magazine. The Maestro active windoor software drives the process.
