SCM Morbidelli UX100 / UX200 / UX200D CNC drilling centre

Description

The Morbidelli UX100, UX200 and UX200D are machining centres dedicated to drilling, routing and blade cutting, which bring together the efficiency of a drilling line and the flexibility of a machining centre. Their operating units can handle two stacked panels at the same time, and the machine is used on its own or integrated into a line with automatic loading and unloading. They accept panels up to 3200 mm in length, 1300 mm in width and 80 mm in thickness, up to 100 kg, with axes reaching 120 m/min. The RO.AX rotoaxial chuck runs up to 6000 rpm and reduces maintenance costs. The profiled clamps allow drilling inside their own geometry, while a twin tool changer keeps twelve tools permanently available.
