Description

The Celaschi P30 is the entry-level three-position solution for high-quality squaring. It offers the same machining accuracy and the same reliability as high-performance double-end squaring machines, with a good balance between performance and cost. Configurable with three operating units per side, it carries out squaring and profiling operations without chipping, as well as through or stopped grooves, on all types of material. The rigidity of its structure and the stability of its transport system guarantee accuracy comparable with that of high-performance machines. The workpiece feed system runs from 4 to 24 m/min and the moving column is set over several openings, from 1600 to 5600 mm. It handles parts from 130 to 5600 mm in width and from 3 to 80 mm in thickness. The eye-M PRIME console and the Maestro active square software, with OVERSPEED and ZEROSPEED functions, provide simple and safe control.
