Accoya deck and cladding for Villa Harmony in Ibiza

Villa Harmony is a contemporary villa built in 2022 in the luxury residential district of Vista Alegre, in Ibiza, in the Balearic Islands. Ideally located with sea views and direct access to Es Torrent beach, the property is organised around a pool surrounded by lawn and incorporates a separate guest house within the main villa. To merge inside and out, the architect Paco Candel chose Accoya in an oak tone with a laser finish for the deck and the facade: this wood stays cool in the hot climate while resisting warping and cracking. Grupo Gámiz distributed 15 m³ of 150 x 50 mm and 150 x 25 mm sections, installed by the joinery Carpintería Gil Almansa. The result is a perfect harmony between the Mediterranean garden and the living spaces of this exceptional home.
