Bonnet à Pompon store, Madrid

The design of this children’s store on calle Lagasca in Madrid is the work of the interior decorator and architect Lázaro Rosa-Violán and of Alejandra Sánchez-Ramade, founder of the Bonnet à Pompon brand. The shop is conceived as a Provençal house with clear echoes of the decorator’s childhood. The setting gives a sense of luxury and timelessness through an exquisite handling of detail, with natural materials: the solid chestnut floor supplied by Siero Lam, laid in a chevron pattern, carries us back to the country houses of the eighteenth century.
