grad decking and Accoya, a partnership focused on quality

A pioneer of concealed-fixing decking, the Alsatian brand grad, the French market leader for decking since 2005, uses solid Accoya wood for its durability and stability. A partner since 2013, the year grad banned tropical species from its range, the company has laid more than 30,000 m² of Accoya decking through its network of around a hundred resellers and professional installers. The patented grad system, with aluminium rails and concealed JuAn® clips, suits this acetylated wood perfectly — durability class 1, certified for use class 4, free of knots and splinters, and it does not overheat in summer. The FCBA technological institute has confirmed that 21 x 120 mm Accoya decking complies with DTU 51.4. Since 2018, grad has also offered Accoya boards with a grey saturating oil applied in the factory.
