HEJMO Hostel

Located at Hossegor, HEJMO is a hybrid hostel conceived as a shared space rooted in local surf culture. The building has to cope with a demanding environment (wind, sea spray, salt). The project uses CLAD 4 cladding in the Heat shade for its resistance to UV and to the salt-laden atmosphere (V4 rating). Two years after completion, the facade retains its original appearance and performance.
