Innovative design transforms a house (Villa Glan)

As part of an architectural project featured on “Grand Designs” on the Swedish channel TV4, a modest 48 m² house was transformed into a modern 170 m² home. This ambitious extension project, led by architect Marko Koistinen, illustrates innovative design. Villa Glan uses 73 m² of Woodura Planks MAGNARP 3.0 XXL, 10 m² of which are laid on the stairs, with the aim of a unified structure in which the extensions blend naturally into the original building.
