La Closeraie Residence
The project
Located in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d’Or, La Closeraie Residence is a multi-unit housing project led by SLC Pitance and designed by Studio Gardoni. The building features more than 500 m² of COVER 6 cladding in the “Earth” shade from Neolife, installed vertically. Thanks to its fire resistance, this reconstituted wood cladding was chosen for the facades and the privacy screens.
