New multi-unit housing

A new build of 63 homes. The design plays on the contrast between a dark brick base, clean white render and the use of timber solutions. Vertical privacy screens laid with open joints on the balconies provide privacy, while solid cladding emphasises the volumes on the facade. The use of wood composite brings relief, warmth and durability. The project is certified NF Habitat HQE – RT 2012-20%.
