Description

Finishing lines intended for coating three-dimensional components — windows, doors, assembled furniture — by means of overhead or floor-level conveying routes. Different transport systems move the pieces between the application, drying and inspection stations, in order to automate a complete finishing cycle on non-flat volumes. The line is made up to suit the manufacturer’s needs, combining spray booths or spray robots, dryers and handling suited to the geometries handled. This type of installation is aimed at production that runs 3D pieces one after another and seeks to make the output rate and the evenness of coating more reliable.
