Description

Designed for medium-sized and large companies, the Gabbiani A3 is an angular panel saw dedicated to very high production volumes. Its wide range of integrated loading and unloading solutions, including a suction-cup device suited to thin materials and fragile surfaces, reduces the footprint and speeds up cycle times. The travel of the carriage as well as the vertical movements of the main blade and the scoring blade rely on prismatic ball guides, which guarantee precision, reliability and reduced maintenance thanks to centralised lubrication driven by the control. The machine allows feed speeds of up to 170 m/min on the carriages and 120 m/min on the pusher, with carriage-blade drives up to 37 kW as an option. Daily production reports allow activity to be monitored continuously.
