Description

An automatic electromechanical press for the final assembly of assembled furniture, able to fit into a high-volume line and to handle up to 300 units a day. Its integrated rack and pinion system squares the carcass effectively, including on 45° mitre joints, while the brushless motors give fast cycles. The machine loads and unloads the furniture automatically on a conveyor, with automatic detection of the dimensions, which limits handling. Programming is done from a 10-inch touchscreen on a pedestal, which manages different pressing programs. It is aimed at makers of assembled furniture looking for a high output and consistent assembly.
