Description

A brush sander fitted with two angled, counter-rotating brushes facing the direction of feed of the pieces. The two upper brushing units work the surface and the profiles of the panels for gentle sanding, the removal of fibres and preparation before coating, including on components that are not perfectly flat. The angle and the opposed rotation of the brushes ensure an even action across the whole surface. The profisander c fits into a preparation or finishing flow, between calibrating and the application of lacquer. It is aimed at wood workshops and manufacturers who have to sand and dust panels or profiled pieces with brushes, to obtain an even surface before the coating stages.
