Description

A coated stainless steel screw with a Torx 25 recess, supplied with an EPDM sealing washer. It is used for fixing ridge tiles and hips, alongside the ridge clip and the batten holder of the range. The coated bell head stays discreet once laid, and the EPDM washer closes the hole in an element directly exposed to run-off water. Choosing coated stainless steel rather than galvanised steel answers this permanent exposure along the top line of the roof, where replacing a corroded fixing means lifting the ridge tile. A single size is listed, 5 x 115 mm, suited to passing through the ridge tile as far as the raising batten. Three colours are offered: brown, black and brick red. Packed in cartons of one hundred pieces.
