Description
The Techno Fast is a CNC machining centre designed by Essetre for machining structural beams up to 620 mm high and 250/300 mm wide, over a length configurable to requirements. The process is fully automatic: a motorised loading system brings the beam onto the built-in roller conveyor, two multifunction grippers move and clamp it in the work area, and a pneumatic ejector unloads it onto supports built into the frame. The work area is served by a 5-axis head with a twin motor output: one HSK 63F output for automatic tool change, the other a flange output for a blade up to 600 mm in diameter. The 11-position tool magazine and the swivelling control desk, driven by the E-Live software, complete a compact, fast machine.
