Description
The Techno Multiwall is a robust, flexible CNC machining centre with a moving bridge, for machining curved beams, X-LAM/CLT panels, SIPS panels and timber frame panels. Its special 5-axis blade unit, with a 1200 mm diameter blade driven by a 55 kW motor in S6 duty at 400 rpm, cuts walls up to 400 mm thick. An HSK taper milling unit completes the detail machining. The moving bridge serves a large work area dedicated to panels, which allows large walls to be handled. The E-Live software centralises programming and monitoring. The Techno Multiwall is aimed at timber building contractors producing CLT, timber frame and SIPS walls and looking for a machine able to machine heavy thicknesses.
