Description
The Techno One is a fixed-gantry CNC machining centre fitted with a freely programmable 5-axis interpolated milling head. It carries out the milling, cutting and drilling of glulam and solid timber components, and covers all the machining required on structural beams. Its 5-axis head also allows complex operations on the faces and the ends of the workpieces. The loading system, gripper transfer of the workpieces and automatic unloading ensure a continuous flow, with no manual handling between beams. The tool magazine allows quick changes, while control through the E-Live software simplifies programming and production monitoring.
