Description
The Techno PF 2T is a fixed-gantry CNC machining centre fitted with two independent working units, each with a 5-axis milling head with continuous interpolation. The two units work simultaneously, which avoids tool-change downtime and doubles productivity on the milling, cutting and drilling of glulam and solid timber components. An automatic conveyor pre-feeds the workpieces, while gripper transfer and automatic unloading complete a fully automated flow. Control through the E-Live software makes it possible to programme and supervise the whole machine from a single interface. Designed for sustained throughput, the Techno PF 2T is aimed at timber contractors and industrial carpenters looking for high output on the manufacture of beam structures.
